With the goal of staying healthy and centered, while we continue to live through this year of imbalance, please join me for MEDITATING THROUGH 2020, OR MT2020
For many of us, 2020 has been a time of loss and isolation, thus the birth of these weekly, 30-minute Zoom mindfulness sessions, focused on the principles of mindfulness.
Each Wednesday 8:00-8:30am PST, we join in community to support our nervous systems and usher out this momentous year.
Each session will begin with a 5-10 minute discussion of a topic – e.g. resilience – followed by a guided 20-25 minute mindful meditation, that is gently laced around that topic.
Note: Sessions will be recorded for later access – in the event you are unable to make it live.
Come join this quest to stay grounded in this volatile, uncertain, complex time. And do this in a community of discovery and support.
