Meditating Through COVID Times

With the goal of staying healthy and centered, while we continue to live with, and through a global pandemic, consider this invite your life line.

For many of us, 2020 has been a time of loss and isolation, thus the birth of twice-weekly, 30-minute Zoom mindfulness sessions, focused on the principles of mindfulness.

Beginning 8/25, each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00-8:30am PST, we’ll join via live zoom (you can choose to have your video on or off).

Each session will begin with a 5-10 minute discussion of the topic – e.g. resilience – followed by a guided 20-25 minute mindful meditation, that is gently laced around that topic. 

Note: Sessions will be recorded for later access – in the event you are unable to make it live.

Come join this quest to stay grounded in this volatile, uncertain, complex time. And do this in a community of discovery and support.
