What IS Mindfulness? 

Let’s keep it simple.

Mindfulness is awareness and compassion – for the self and others.

It’s the practice of (re)directing your moment-to-moment attention, to gain clarity and compassion before reaction.

In personal and professional life,

mindfulness plays a critical role in stress reduction,

emotional regulation, social intelligence and wellness.
