With the goal of staying healthy and centered, please join me for WEDNESDAY LIVE MEDITATION.

Each Wednesday 8:00-8:30am PST, we gather in community to support our nervous systems and nurture the healthy habit of regular meditation.

Each session begins with a 5-10 minute discussion of a topic – e.g. resilience – followed by a guided 20-25 minute mindful meditation, that is gently laced around that topic. 

Note: Sessions will be recorded for later access – in the event you are unable to make it live.

Stay grounded in this volatile, uncertain, complex time. And do this in a community of discovery and support.
