What a perfect day. What an amazing group. Thank you for coming yesterday and bringing your unique energy to create our mindful community.
There is truly an ART to letting go. Please be easy with the process; baby steps are best.
Consider letting go of what is not working in your life. Let go of what doesn’t support good health. Most importantly, let go of negative self-talk and dis-empowering beliefs.
This page is filled with information that I hope will support and supplement your post retreat experience.

Just Like Me by Chade Meng Tan
I am aware that there is a person in front of me. A fellow human being, just like me.
This person has a body and a mind, just like me. This person has feelings, emotions and thoughts, just like me.
This person has at times been sad, disappointed, angry, hurt or confused, just like me.
This person has in his or her life, experienced physical and emotional pain and suffering, just like me.
This person wishes to be free from pain and suffering, just like me.
This person wishes to be safe, healthy and loved, just like me.
This person wishes to be happy, just like me.
I wish for this person to have the strength, resources, and social support to navigate the difficulties in life.
I wish for this person to be free from pain and suffering. I wish for this person to be happy.
Because this person is a fellow human being, just like me.

Chocolate Mousse In a medium saucepan on medium heat, combine 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Guittard’s Semi-sweet) with 1 can of coconut milk (full fat, not light). Stir until thoroughly melted. Remove from heat and add to taste (optional): sprinkle of sea salt, cinnamon, liquor (Brandy or Kahlua). Pour into dish (or individual containers) and put in the fridge until set. Top with whipped cream (So Delicious CocoWhip in the freezer section) and/or a couple of fresh raspberries.
